About the Role
Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated European Road Planner to join their planning team. In this key role, you will be responsible for coordinating collections and deliveries across the UK and Europe, using both contracted and ad hoc haulage providers. You will play a central part in ensuring customer requirements are met while maximising fleet efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Plan transport activities for collections and deliveries across the UK and Europe based on customer requirements.
Collaborate with other planners and offices to optimise use of available resources.
Minimise empty mileage and ensure minimum guaranteed kilometres per truck each month.
