About Position:

The End User Computing (EUC) Service Delivery / Lead is accountable for the end-to-end delivery, support, and continuous improvement of Modern Workplace and EUC services across the enterprise. The role ensures a secure, stable, simple, and scalable end-user experience by leading EUC operations, managing service providers, and partnering with business stakeholders.

What You'll Do:

Own end-to-end service delivery for EUC services including devices, Modern Workplace platforms, user provisioning, endpoint security, and compliance.
Act as EUC Service Owner with accountability for availability, performance, and user satisfaction.
Define, track, and improve SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
