Description
 :Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
Analyze user feedback and data to derive insights for design improvements.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using design tools like Figma.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
Assist in the creation of visual design elements, such as icons, images, and typography. 
Ensure designs are aligned with the brand guidelines and design standards
Conduct usability testing sessions and gather feedback from users. 
Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team meetings.
Document design processes, user flows, and design decisions. 
Present design concepts and solutions to the team and stakeholders. 
Assist senior designers with various tasks and projects.
