& SummaryWe are seeking a seasoned Oracle Solutioning Architect to lead the design and development of Oracle-based solutions, with a primary focus on ERP but extending across the broader Oracle services portfolio. This role is pivotal in shaping technical responses to RFPs, collaborating with partners and directors across member firms, and driving solution excellence from presales through delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end solutioning process for Oracle ERP and cross-pillar engagements (EPM, HCM, SCM, CX, OCI).
Architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective Oracle-based solutions tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with pursuit teams to develop compelling technical proposals, solution blueprints, and delivery models in response to RFPs.
Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to validate solution design, delivery approach, and risk mitigation strategies.
