The role involves working in a cross-functional, agile environment supporting digital product implementations and enhancements, customer-facing platforms and backend integrations.The ideal candidate acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, market teams, and technical delivery teams, ensuring clarity, alignment and high-quality implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements
Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams
Translate business needs into clear, structured user stories with acceptance criteria
Manage and refine backlog items using Jira
Maintain structured documentation in Confluence
Create process flows, BPMN diagrams, and user journeys (e.g., via draw.io)
