• Estimating or project management experience
• Experience with Office 365 (Outlook, Excel and Word)
• Procore experience; an asset
• MS Project experience; an asset

Job duties

• Estimating materials and labor single family housing and four plexes
• Ordering materials
• Issuing purchase orders to subtrades and suppliers
• Providing updates to General Manager as requested
• Multi Family Project Management

Project managing multi family construction projects ranging from 12 plexes to 32 plexes

• Material and labor estimating
• Issuing and managing subcontracts
• Ordering materials
• Issuing purchase orders
• Submittal review and processing
• Procore Document Management
• Providing updates to General Manager as requested
