We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator to join a dynamic preconstruction team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing complete and competitive cost estimates across a range of construction projects, supporting work from early pursuit through final handoff.

If you enjoy working with drawings, numbers, and fast-paced bid deadlines—and you’re confident in your ability to spot risks, build accurate pricing, and collaborate with trade partners—this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Complete detailed quantity take-offs for labour, materials, and equipment
• Prepare budgets, schematic estimates, and full cost breakdowns
• Review drawings and specifications to define full project scope
