S Guest Consultancy Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator on behalf of a well-established and rapidly growing Principal Contractor operating across the Industrial, Commercial and Education sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded business delivering a diverse range of refurbishment and fit out projects across the Midlands and wider UK market.

The Role

The successful candidate will play a key role within the pre‑construction team, taking responsibility for the preparation of accurate and competitive tenders for refurbishment schemes ranging from small works through to larger multi‑package projects.

You will work closely with internal delivery teams, subcontractors and clients to ensure commercially viable and compliant submissions are produced to a high standard.
