Job Description
The Estimator supports the full bid lifecycle for water, wastewater, and heavy civil infrastructure projects by preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates. This role analyzes project plans and specifications, develops labor and material costs, and coordinates closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. The position is a long-term hire created to meet growing project demand and offers the opportunity to work on meaningful infrastructure projects that positively impact communities and the environment.
Responsibilities

+ Perform detailed quantity take-offs from project plans and specifications for water, wastewater, and heavy civil infrastructure projects.

+ Develop self-perform labor estimates, including productivity rates and man-hour calculations, to accurately forecast project costs.
