URGENTLY Seeking an Estimator with 5+ years in commercial estimating. Commercial experience would be a plus, but not required. This person will promote into a Senior Estimator within a few years! Client Details Join a TOP mid-sized General Contractor who is known for their integrity of work, family-first culture, and giving back to the community. They specialize in commercial construction and are looking for an estimator/senior estimator to join the team for the long haul, promoting into a leadership position within 5 years. Description Review specifications and drawings to determine scope of work and required contents of estimate. Participate in pre-bid meetings, bid strategy, and marketing presentations as requested. Prepare estimates by calculating complete takeoff of certain sections and reviewing vendor quotations. Review and incorporate historical data from prior projects as required.
