Position Summary 

The Estimator is responsible for being an organized, service-orientated individual to provide support to our sales staff with project quotes and pricing. The estimator will prepare a bill of material and cost estimates by analyzing proposals and requirements. This position will be responsible for communicating with a variety of departments, vendors, employees, and customers to ensure estimates are completed on time and appropriate paperwork is completed as per company and Customer specifications. 

Responsibilities 
Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents. Resolves discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information. If necessary, will visit Customer Site for job walk. 

Identifies labor, material, and time requirements based on the documents provided. Create bill of materials (BOM), ...
