Estimator, ICI Construction

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join a leading construction firm specializing in large-scale ICI developments. In this role, you will be the backbone of the preconstruction phase, transforming blueprints into comprehensive financial blueprints. You will manage the entire estimating lifecycle, from performing intricate quantity take-offs to analyzing subcontractor bids and identifying project risks. This position requires a strategic thinker who can balance competitive pricing with operational reality, ensuring every bid is both winnable and profitable. You will act as a key collaborator between leadership and project teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and long-term financial success.
