Estimator – Groundworks & RC Frame
📍 Brent Cross (Hybrid working available)
💰 80,000+ (DOE)
We’re looking for an experienced Estimator with a strong background in groundworks and RC frame projects to join a busy, growing contractor.
You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate tenders from enquiry through to submission, including take-offs, pricing, subcontractor liaison, and value engineering.
What we need:
* 4+ years estimating groundworks / RC frame packages
* Strong Excel & drawing interpretation skills
* Confident producing full tender submissions
* Able to manage multiple tenders at once
* Strong communication & commercial awareness
Site visits & meetings required (expenses covered).
