Estimator for Large-Scale Projects

Pomerleau Construction is seeking an Estimator with at least 5 years of experience to work on significant projects ranging from $1.5 million to $1 billion. Utilize your estimating skills in a collaborative and challenging environment.

In this role, you will join the Major Projects team and use Hard Dollar estimating software to prepare accurate bids. Your duties will include analyzing project specifications, performing quantity take-offs, and collaborating with operations staff for enhanced bid accuracy. Engage closely with clients and subcontractors to ensure project integrity and continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and prepare detailed bid estimates
• Visit project sites for evaluations before pricing
• Perform quantity take-offs from construction plans
