Position Overview 

The Estimator/Electrical Engineer is responsible for reviewing construction drawings, performing accurate quantity takeoffs, preparing estimates, and producing clear documentation for project execution. This role requires strong technical expertise in electrical and MEP systems, plan reading, and drawing markups—not just administrative support. The engineer will collaborate with project managers, clients, and field teams to ensure precise scope definition, cost control, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural, electrical, MEP, and low voltage/security drawings.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for electrical devices, cable runs, panels, lighting, and related scope.
• Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and supporting documentation.
