A well established and growing heavy civil contractor in Pennsylvania is seeking to add a Construction Estimator to support public and private infrastructure projects involving earthwork, utilities, drainage, roadway improvements, and site development. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented estimator who thrives in a fast-paced preconstruction environment and has experience pricing complex civil scopes from concept through bid submission.

Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates for heavy civil and site development projects ranging from utility installation and grading to paving and stormwater infrastructure

Perform quantity takeoffs and scope analysis using HCSS HeavyBid, AGTEK Earthwork 4D, Bluebeam, and PlanSwift

Review civil drawings, specifications, and bid documents to identify ...
