Commutable to: Folkestone (Typically 4 days in office with 1 site visit per week)

The role of Estimator Commercial Construction will involve:

• Estimator position dealing with range of commercial construction projects including fit-out, strip-out and refurb
• Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations
• Estimating for a range of commercial projects such as; housing associations, shopping centres, within the education sector and on light industrial projects.
• Negotiating with clients, project managers, quantity surveyors and internal estimating team
• Producing formal quotations to customers
• Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
