Location: Calgary - 4906 Richard Road SW. Brookfield Residential is a leading North American land developer and homebuilder for over 65 years. The Estimator liaises between estimating team members, trade partners, suppliers, Design, Accounting, Marketing and Sales team members to ensure the accuracy of information for production. This position issues purchase orders to trades, prices custom items for Sales team members and interior designers, and processes change orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with cost to complete, including variance report and job cost summary.
• Collaborate with construction to provide issues/resolutions summary.
• Calculate and maintain material take-offs (lumber, finishing materials, steel, concrete, etc.) from working drawings and check take-offs made by suppliers.
