Job Description

Estimator – Heavy Civil Construction
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to support operations in the Southern Region. This role is responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for both public and private infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities
Review plans, specifications, soils reports, and site conditions to define project scope

Attend pre-bid meetings and coordinate bid requirements

Perform quantity takeoffs and develop complete cost estimates

Manage pre-bid RFIs and track responses

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams

Support DBE compliance and good faith effort documentation

Analyze project risks and contract requirements

Maintain organized estimating files and historical cost data

Assist with budgeting, scheduling, and procurement planning
