The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate drywall estimates and supporting the bidding process from take-off through proposal submission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate drywall estimates, including detailed material and labor take-offs
- Develop and submit bid proposals in a timely and competitive manner
- Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to determine full scope of work
- Work closely with project managers and office staff to ensure accurate handoff and project alignment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in drywall estimating (commercial construction preferred)
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in estimating work
