Estimation Engineer

Key Responsibilities
Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tenders for Fire & Safety projects
Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work (Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Hydrant, Pumps, Gas Suppression, etc.)
Conduct site surveys and feasibility assessments for estimation purposes
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for accurate pricing
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for clients
Assist sales and business development teams with pre-bid and post-bid support
Ensure estimates comply with NFPA, local fire authority, and client standards
Maintain historical cost data and estimation databases
Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising compliance
Support management with budgeting and forecasting for ongoing projects
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
