Estimation Engineer

We are looking for an Estimation Engineer, with 2 to 4 years of experience in the façade industry, to join our team in Lebanon. The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for performing adequate searches to obtain market rates, preparing cost estimates, creating project plans, pricing BOQs, preparing tender documents, revising prices, estimating design changes, identifying cost-saving opportunities, preparing quotations, and conducting risk assessments. They should coordinate with all stakeholders.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

•Follows up for final drawings, details, specifications and clarifications of drawings and specifications with Consultant / Client / Sales Managers

• Obtains and maintains prevailing market rates of all materials, labor, plant, machinery from the Procurement Department

• Derives the basic cost for all activities identified for the project from the basic prices received for material, labor, plant and equipment
