Robert Half Legal is partnering with a highly respected mid-size law firm in Downtown Seattle that is seeking to add a Tax/Estate Planning Attorney to its well‑established team.


About the Role

The firm is seeking an attorney with approximately 3+ years of experience and an LL.M. in Tax or equivalent tax-focused training (CPA or comparable background). You will work across a broad array of tax matters, with a particular emphasis on:

+ Complex intergenerational company tax planning

+ Federal income tax issues involving individuals, partnerships, corporations, estates, and trusts

+ Taxable and tax‑free mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions of domestic businesses

+ In‑depth research and analysis related to sophisticated tax structures
