Estates & Grounds Maintenance Officer

We are seeking a practical, reliable and proactive Estates & Grounds Lead to help maintain Castlehead Medical Centre and its grounds to a high standard.

This is a flexible, part‑time role with variable hours, typically around 10 hours per month, with additional hours available during busier periods. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring our premises remain safe, welcoming and well maintained for patients, visitors and staff.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys a varied role and can work independently to identify and address maintenance issues before they become larger problems. From maintaining our grounds and outdoor spaces to carrying out minor repairs and decorating tasks, this role offers the opportunity to make a visible difference to the appearance and upkeep of our practice.
