Job Title - Estate's Compliance Officer
Location - Portadown
Salary - £30,000
Job Purpose:
Support and work within the Property Services and Housing Teams in making an effective contribution to the delivery of Property/Housing Management which includes void management, tenancy management, estate management and tenancy engagement.
Job Activities 
Develop effective working relationships with colleagues, partners and key stakeholders to support the delivery of customer and neighbourhood focused services.
To represent the views / interests of both the Association and tenants at Inter Agency Meetings with the SCNI, PSNI, NIHE, Council and other external agencies.
To carry out change of tenancy inspections, issue necessary works and ensure works are completed in line with the Association's Policies and Procedures and corporate target times
