Robert Half is partnering with a well-established boutique law firm in the Lynnwood area to identify a highly experienced Senior Paralegal with a strong background in Estate Planning and Guardianship matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, client-focused firm that values long-term relationships and offers a stable, supportive work environment.

This role will work directly with attorneys and play a critical part in managing complex estate planning and guardianship matters from intake through closing.


Key Responsibilities

+ Draft, revise, and finalize estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, advance healthcare directives, and beneficiary designations

+ Prepare and file guardianship and probate pleadings, including petitions, inventories, accountings, and court report...
