Think Recruitment is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative to work for a Birmingham-based Housing Association. As part of your role, you'll be responsible for maintaining landscaped and communal areas, including tasks such as grass maintenance, hedge cutting, and weed control. Ideal candidates should have relevant licenses, such as PA1 & PA6 spraying, and a driving licence for trailers. This position offers £16.78 per hour, covering long-term sickness for potentially multiple months.
