We’re working with Bradford Council who are looking for an Estate Data Coordinator to support a major programme of property and lease data management into their IWMS system.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of data, understands leases/billing, and can bring structure to complex information.

What you’ll be doing:

Lease & Billing Data

* Review lease agreements and supporting docs to extract key commercial, financial, and date info

* Check and reconcile billing data against lease terms

IWMS Data Management

* Input and maintain lease, asset, and billing data within the IWMS

* Ensure data is accurate, structured, and ready for reporting and compliance
