Responsibilities

• Technical Solutions: Support solution architects throughout different project stages, contributing to technical definitions and basic solution designs for clients.
• Incident Management: Assist in triaging and tracking service failure tickets, ensuring organized and timely support.
• Ticketing Operations: Support the opening, updating, and monitoring of technical tickets within internal systems.
