The candidate will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑performance solutions aligned with business and project objectives.

Skills & Experience

Mandatory Requirements

• French language proficiency
• ESRI Certified Professional
• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in ESRI/ArcGIS suite development
• Proven hands‑on experience in telecommunications projects, with a deep understanding of telecom data models for fiber, coax, and HFC networks.

Technical Skills

• Strong programming expertise in the ArcGIS platform, including:
  • ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Online, and Portal for ArcGIS
  • ArcGIS JavaScript APIs and Web AppBuilder/Experience Builder
