Job Description
**Position Purpose**
Provides technical support for AutoZone MX Stores, RO, DC's and MEXCAT.
Troubleshooting problems with store network hardware including Cisco Routers, Switches and Telephones.
Monitor service dispatches and controlling expense.
Assist in developing KPI's for support service levels and ensuring they are met.
Documents and adheres to standard processes and procedures.
Provides technical assistance as needed.
Provides technical support for AutoZone Stores.
**Primary Accountabilities**
- Responds to, Troubleshoot hardware, software, on networking and comunnications problems remotly or through discussions with users over the phone.
Including Cisco SDWAN, Meraki Aps, Nortel and Avaya equipment ( Stores, RO's, DC's and Mexcat ), will work constantly with Helpdesk Team
- Work with dispatch technitian to troubleshoot and validates services working according to our needs
