Join our team as a Project & Reporting Associate supporting global operations through accurate reporting, data management, and clear communication. If you love spreadsheets, data accuracy, and structured workflows — this role is for you
What You'll Do
Own and maintain key operational spreadsheets
Update weekly dashboards (output, risks, lead times)
Validate data for 100% accuracy
Support customer calls (listening role)
Translate factory data into clear written updates
Flag risks, delays, and inconsistencies
What We're Looking For
Intermediate Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Strong written English
3+ years in reporting or data‑focused roles
Detail‑oriented, organized, reliable
Comfortable joining customer/factory calls
Nice to Have: PowerPoint, ERP experience, Odoo familiarity
