Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu (Te Kura) is looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher Aide (Kaiāwhina mō te akoranga) to support an ākonga (student) in their home-based learning in Epsom, Auckland. This part-time role for 1 hour and 30 minutes hours per week is an opportunity to play a key role in a professional team, providing tailored learning support that empowers ākonga to reach their goals.

This is a rewarding and flexible opportunity where you'll make a meaningful impact on a student's learning journey.

What you'll be doing
Supporting ākonga with their learning, as outlined in their Individual Education Plan (IEP).
Assisting Kaiako (teachers) in delivering lessons and adapting materials to meet individual learning needs.
Providing one-on-one or small group support to help ākonga achieve their learning goals.
