ESH Specialist

Overview

This position will be physically located in the Philippines in support of LOGCAP. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Environmental, Safety, and Health Plan; applicable Federal, State, and Local requirements (including DENR, DOLE OSH). The incumbent establishes ESH evaluation, compliance, and behavioral monitoring, writes and reviews technical reports, and interacts with middle management.

Responsibilities

• Performs a contract-wide Environmental, Safety, and Health evaluation, compliance, and behavioral monitoring that conforms to applicable legal and other requirements.
• Enforces policies on fire protection, public health, emergency responses, Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) handling, environmental safety and health processes, and other field activities.
