Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ERP Technical Analyst to provide Level 3 configuration, technical analysis and support across our ERP and connected business systems landscape.
This is a full time senior analyst role suited to someone who can operate across functional process, application configuration, data, reporting, integrations and service delivery.
The role is primarily home-based, but you will occasionally need to travel to RSK offices for stakeholder engagement as required. In addition, the team holds periodic in-person meetings throughout the year.
An opportunity to take a senior technical role in a complex ERP environment, contributing to system improvements, stability, business change, data quality, process improvement, and long-term platform governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing Level 3 ERP application support across finance, procurement, projects, expenses, customer operations and related business processes.
