ERP Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Manage user software applications and technical issues tickets.
• Provide software documentation and user manual.
• Provide ERP Education and ensure users are always up-to-date with the latest ERP or related application functions.
• Perform an audit to ensure the user's daily operations comply with company policies.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
• Troubleshooting systems and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Manage IT-related ISO compliance.
• ERP Software & Web App Development.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Software Engineer or equivalent.
• Added advantage in ERP software (Epicor)
