ERP Data Entry

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date material master records in our ERP system. You'll play a critical part in ensuring data quality that supports our supply chain, procurement, and finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and remove obsolete or duplicate material records from the master database.
Merge redundant entries while preserving historical and relevant data.
Update missing information such as material descriptions, units of measure, and supplier details.
Generate and analyze reports on data quality, inconsistencies, and cleansing progress.
Correct data entry errors, including inaccurate product codes or naming.
Review and clean up trade vendor master data; identify inactive vendors.
Audit and manage outstanding or incomplete purchase orders.
