As the Business Systems Lead, you will report to the Digital Information Systems Manager. You are responsible for managing ERP incidents, enhancements, and audits while ensuring communication between stakeholders and support teams. Your leadership will guide internal IT staff and facilitate the delivery of ERP services, while aligning projects with operational priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
