Role Overview

Responsible for managing ERP process flows, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, supporting audit requirements, and maintaining data integrity between ERP and accounting systems (e.g., Tally).

Key Responsibilities

1. ERP Process Management & Problem Solving

• Monitor and manage end-to-end ERP process flows across departments
• Identify bottlenecks, data inconsistencies, and process gaps
• Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and coordinate with IT or vendors for resolution
• Ensure proper documentation of workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

2. Tax Invoice Management

• Generate accurate tax invoices in ERP for:
• Finished goods outward transactions
• Corporate sales/dispatches
• Ensure invoices are created before dis...
