ERP Application Support Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer to own the technical stability, support, and delivery of a specialised ERP & BI platform used by mining and resources clients globally.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on system troubleshooting, integrations, data migration, and platform reliability. You’ll be the escalation point for complex issues and play a critical role in ensuring performance, accuracy, and uptime across production environments.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting enterprise ERP or financial systems
• Strong SQL skills (Advantage, FoxPro, Sybase, Postgres or similar)
• Hands-on experience with Java web applications and Tomcat
• Solid understanding of SSL certificates, HTTPS, and keystore management
• Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, Batch)
