ER & WHS Lead

We run many of the operational systems behind Australia’s retirement industry — supporting super funds with administration, member services, payments and regulatory reporting. That means solving complex problems across operations, regulation, technology and workforce risk at national scale.

This role sits right in the middle of that complexity. This role is also an individual Contributor Role. 

We’re looking for an experienced EHS Lead to manage complex workplace matters where conduct, wellbeing, psychosocial safety and capacity for work overlap. This is not a policy-only or purely advisory ER role. It’s a hands-on role focused on navigating difficult, high-impact situations with sound judgement, pragmatism and resilience.
