Job Description

                B Degree/Postgraduate/Diploma or Honours in HRM or LRM
Min of 3 to 5 years' experience of the following
CCMA/Bargaining Council Arbitration 
Labour Legislation 
Drafting and amending policies 
Industrial Relations 
EE and SD Committee Management 
Computer literate on MS Office package 
Will be expected to provide high-quality industrial and employee relations advice and services, manage and resolve complex employee relations issues; conduct effective investigations, manage disciplinary and grievance processes
Represent the company at the CCMA/MEIBC-CDR for referred cases.
