Job Description

 
  The Role 
 Reporting to the Engineering & Reliability Manager this role will see you help deliver the Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls Engineering function for the Phosphate Hill and Mount Isa operations. You will primarily oversee and lead a small team while improving maintenance and reliability performance across the 2 sites. 
 You will lead a team to deliver and personally contribute to:
 Positively contributing to “Zero Harm” and the development of an interdependent safety culture
 Leading and developing a small electrical engineering team
 Ownership of the electrical safety management system
 Monitoring compliance to relevant external statutory regulation and internal plant and engineering standards 
 Maintaining effective working relationships to champion change and instigate and manage improvement projects .
