LOCATION: Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid with 4 days minimum in office for foreseeable future)



Equity Sales Trader Main Responsibilities:

●Own and expand a portfolio of European institutional clients (asset managers, hedge funds, pensions, etc.) acting as front-line coverage lead for Japan cash equities

● Leverage an existing, active network of buy-side decision-makers to originate and grow trading flow; develop and execute account plans to increase wallet share

● Price, execute, and oversee agency execution in Japanese equities with strong judgment on liquidity, market impact, volatility, and auction dynamics; ensure best execution outcomes

● Handling trader orders to be executed the following business day
