About the Role
We are hiring an Equity & IR Associate to support equity administration, cap table management, and shareholder communications for one or more venture-backed companies.
The successful candidate will be employed by us and deputed to work with a client in a structured, services-based capacity. This is not a direct employment role with the client and does not involve decision-making authority, fundraising, or investor solicitation.
This role is ideal for candidates with exposure to corporate governance, share capital mechanics, and investor-facing operations who want to work closely with founders, legal counsel, and finance teams.
