Our Hong Kong office is seeking an Equity Analyst to join our Public Real Estate Securities team. We are looking for a motivated, curious self-starter with a genuine passion for public markets and real estate. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and brings both analytical rigor and sharp insight to the investment decision-making process.
Based in Hong Kong, the Equity Analyst will report directly to the Head of APAC, Public Securities, while working closely with members of our global securities team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Research & Due Diligence: Perform and maintain rigorous due diligence on companies under coverage; conduct comprehensive financial analysis, incorporating macroeconomic data and transactional trends.
