Job Title: Equipment & Tool Engineer 
Location: Everett, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: Our team is seeking a highly motivated professional to directly support production engineering in a dynamic aerospace manufacturing environment. We focus on process improvement, efficiency, and interfacing with production floor personnel to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of equipment and tooling solutions.

Responsibilities:
Investigate and develop equipment and tooling concepts and specifications to meet aerospace product design and build requirements.
Participate in design reviews and collaborate on requirements, drawings, models, specifications, and purchase requests for new equipment and tooling.
Develop and document inspection and usage instructions, preventative maintenance plans, and user training materials for equipment and tooling.
