A yard dog operator (equipment operator) for a pneumatic cement operation is responsible for safely moving and positioning trailers within the plant yard and loading them with cement during overnight shifts. This role operates exclusively on-site, never on public or DOT-regulated roads, using a yard tractor to shuttle empty and loaded pneumatic trailers between staging, loading silos, and parking areas.
