**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, haul trucks, and excavators safely and efficiently
+ Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
+ Assist with site operations including material handling and stockpile management
+ Follow safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety
+ Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations
