Our client, an established producer of high-quality wood pellets based in Ladysmith, is seeking motivated individuals to join their team as Process & Equipment Operators. As a Process & Equipment Operator, you will play a vital role in supporting manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, safety consciousness, and a willingness to learn and cross-train, contributing positively to a collaborative work environment.

**Location:** Ladysmith, WI

**Pay Range: $19/hr + $2/hr Shift Differential from 7p-7a**

**Shift:** 2nd & 3rd, 3p-11p and 11p-7a.
